About Event Streams

Event Streams make it easy to stay in sync with what’s happening inside Rhythm, with no polling required. When something changes, we’ll let you know.

Use Event Streams to receive real-time updates about key actions, like when a contact is updated, an order is processed, or a batch is downloaded. This is especially useful for building automations, syncing data with other systems, or triggering workflows outside of Rhythm.

How It Works

Rhythm currently supports two destinations for events, AWS EventBridge and Zapier.

In Rhythm you will configure the connection information for your particular destination, along with the events you want to receive.

You will then configure your destination to receive the events and process or reroute them as your destination allows.

Common use cases

• Update demographics in an external CRM such as HubSpot when they change in Rhythm
• Sync information to your FMS when a batch is downloaded
• Send a message to Microsoft Teams or Slack when someone registers for an event
