Returns the HTML for the certificate

  - `tenantId` (string, required)
    The id of the tenant being accessed

  - `id` (string, required)
    The ID of the certifications

## Query parameters:

  - `downloadAsHtml` (boolean)
    If true, return the receipt as HTML
